WALT:Collate, display and interpret data effectively
This week we learnt about which graph is best to show our data, we also had to make a table using google sheets and make a grid which you will see in this presentation.

Mode,Median,Range,Mean,

This week we have been learning about Mode, Median, Mean and Range. The Mode is the most common number. The Median is the numbers in the middle,and the range is the one were you take away the smallest number by the largest number. And the mean is when you add up all the numbers in a data set and then divide by the number of items in the set.
WALT:Use Mode,Median,Range,and Mean to describe data.

Kids should get paid to go to school

Kids should get paid to go to school.

I think kids should get paid to go to school cause its hard.

Point:1

My first reason is why it is hard because we have to sit down on the mat for so long and wait till the teacher is finish talking and when we have to do that our boring teachers say things that are boring and then we get bored so then we get annoyed and then we will start talking to each other and then the teacher will stop doing what they are doing and then tell us what to do because we have been sitting down on the mat to long which when we do get up we are already tired from sitting down on the mat.

Point:2

My second reason Once we get paid to go to school we should be able to buy our lunch so then our parents don’t need to make our lunch and they don’t need to pack it away for us into our bags so sence we get paid we don’t need tob eat because we get paid to go to school.

Point:3

My last reason is why should kids get paid i rekon that they should get paid half the money that the teachers get and i think it is worth it because we are working very hard so thats why i think we shold get paid half the money that the teachers get also when we work hard and we finish our work we should get paid so what do you think???I hope you will agree with me that kids should get paid???

Conculsion:

So there you go I’ve wrote down all my reasons about kids should get paid to go to school I have stated them throw my three points I hope you will agree with me??

Three days without The Yr8s

Three Days Without The Year 8's

On Wednesday. 

The year 8's left to camp and the Year 7's were lifted at School with the year 8's that didn't go had been left behind.The year 7's were split into 3 different groups.These groups were the groups they are in for Tech rotations.The groups were called. Churries,Munchies,Fobalicious.

My group was the Fobalicious. Our first thing we had to do on Wednesday morning was to try and come up with a group chant and then present it to every one.The activity's were team-building,truffles,Art,The first activity we did was team-building with Mrs Judd she had three kinds of activity's for us to play.

On Thursday 

On Thursday morning, our first rotation was Team Building. There were many activities : Building Marshallow and Paste Structures, Cup Stacking. (PS : This is just the main activities that I can remember)

On Friday : 

Today is the last day of the three days and the Year 8's will be coming back today. This morning we played a couple of games, and after lunch we are told that we will be watching a movie and having a shared lunch. 

Year 7/8 Group Rotations

Today is the first day of year 8 camp.While they're away the year7s are having fun and participating in Activities the activities were art cooking and all sorts of games.The activity my group went to was games the games we played was try and make a tower with marshmallows and spaghetti sticks the time we had for that game was 25mins after 25mins of building the tower Mrs Judd measured all of our towers and then after that we played another game.So the other game we played was a premed game which we had to use was cups what we had to do was use a band and strings that were tied to the band the Amie of the game was to try and make a premed with it our group was straggling because it was so hard but then it was time up so then we had tried and take it down and then remake it once we did that we finally won when that game was finish we played our last game.The last game we played was we had to use pom-poms and straws what we had to do was get into our four groups and then sit out the back of the blue line and then wait till the teacher says go once she says go you go up-to the table and then you sack into the pom-poms and then put it on the other side of the table you have to do ten of them once you finish the other person go's you only get 1min to see how many people gets a turn if you get more then the other group then you when.So those are the games my group played it was so fun because the first game we played was funny because it was messy and we were throwing the marshmallows around when Mrs Judd wasn't looking also some of the other people in the other groups were eating the marshmallows even though Mrs Judd said not to eat it so then the boys eat them it was so so funny that was my favourite game of the day.

Statistics Week 3&4

This week or WALT is Collect and interpret data,by saying collect and interpret it means to collect data and explain the meaning of,our tasks required us to use information to create tally charts.some Tasks also needed us to create Bar Graph using Tally Charts.

2nd to last cooking class

Today me and my friend Glennes made this in cooking class at tech.It is called Fruit tart.It was some fun making it and we hope we will make it again.
