It important to eat healthy Food and. It helps you to learn and think. To give you strong mwscles and strong bones. you must eat healthy Food so you can get Fit. If you eat healthy like vegetables fruit and eggs you can get Fit and play Athletics. eating healthy Food make’s your body healthy and it hlep’s you get more energy and it make’s you fast and it make’s you grow.
